What Our Families Say

I would just like to say that both Giles and David went above and beyond what both me and my brother were expecting from a Funeral Directors. They provided sound suggestions for my fathers cremation and were incredibly helpful as well as thoughtful and were very fair on pricing. Completely professional from start to finish. Excellent service throughout. Faultless

West and Sons recently took care of my Auntie Sue’s funeral. It was perfect for Sue. A personal and lovely service. From day one I knew Sue would be looked after in their care.

Thank you for your correspondence and mail from the RSPCA about the donations made.
We would like to thank you for the professional, sympathetic and courteous way the arrangements for my mother-in-law's funeral were carried out. We were especially pleased with the recommendation of the Celebrant, Lee, who was the perfect match for the kind of service he wanted.
The feedback from the attendees was that it was the perfect laid-back, colorful celebratory goodbye jean had requested.
We would have no hesitation in recommending your company in the future and would be happy for our positive comments to be communicated.

I've found West & Sons to be excellent and caring, after many years of working with Funeral directors locally, I've found they go the extra mile and really care about the people and families whose service they provide. When the time comes, I'm giving them my business.

So many thanks for a job so well done on the 25th March. I and the boys could not fault anything. The service was so simple but it was beautiful. I couldn't have wished for it to be better. Many thanks again and may go bless you all.

I don’t know what we would have done without you.  Even though we had to self-isolate you still made it possible for us to give Roger a great send-off.
